Accessibility: The Y Hotel and function rooms are wheelchair accessible. Accessible bathrooms are located on the ground and sixth floors of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the closest train station, Museum, is not accessible. Accessible buses run from nearby Central station (accessible) to Elizabeth Street near Musuem station, and accessible journeys around Sydney using public transport can be planned using this site.
Age limit: You must be 18 or older to attend Sinpozium.A/V equipment: Presentations, videos and other media will be shown using data projector and screen. A wide range of file formats will be acceptable.
Programming: Once registration has commenced, programming ideas and volunteers (to pimp fandoms, lead discussions) etc will be sought and a timetable developed.
